Provenance & Practice · File 001
A senior CRM, RevOps, GTM and AI practice for founders and revenue leaders who need systems that run, not slide decks about systems that might.
Revlyn was started by operators who had spent a decade running Sales, Marketing, RevOps and GTM inside B2B companies. We kept noticing the same thing: the software wasn't the bottleneck. The person at the keyboard was. Most portals were being built by juniors or by consultants who had never carried a number.
So we built the team we wish we had hired: senior end to end, in your Slack, no account manager in the middle.
The practice, in plain terms
We don't recommend tools from a slide deck. We sit inside your Slack, take ownership of the portal, and execute the RevOps and GTM roadmap that internal teams are too underwater to touch.
Most CRM, RevOps and GTM work fails at the same seam: the moment the SOW ends and the person who wrote the workflows leaves the building. Our practice is designed to live on the other side of that seam, so the portal keeps behaving in year two, year three, year four.
Operator manifesto
Every operator on the practice signs this before they touch a portal. It's the difference between an agency and a team that keeps showing up.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, they're containers. The physics of your revenue live underneath. We solve the physics first, then pick the container that fits.
If a workflow isn't documented in language a new hire can read, it doesn't really exist. Every build ends with a runbook and a Loom trail. Yours to keep.
The senior operator who scopes the work is the same one writing the workflow at 4pm on a Tuesday. There is no account manager translating between you and the build.
We don't sell hours. We measure ourselves by the friction removed from your Monday, the reports the board finally trusts, and the seat you no longer need to hire.
Portals drift because businesses grow. Shadow-CRM in Sheets is a signal, not a discipline problem. Our job is to explain what's happening and rebuild it, without a shame list.
One shared channel with the operators writing the workflows. Average first reply under 14 minutes during working hours. Weekly status decks retire themselves.

CEO & founder · CRM & architecture
Was Head of RevOps at two B2B SaaS companies before Revlyn. Writes the schema before the first workflow ships.

Head of CRM · lifecycle & funnel
Ex-Head of Marketing Ops. Owns the funnel math, from first touch to renewal, and the reports the board reads.

AI engineer · automation & agents
Ships every workflow with a Loom and a rollback plan. Currently building the internal library of tested AI agents.

CRM automation · workflow builds
Writes the playbook and the Loom library so a new rep can onboard in a day, not a quarter.
Operational rituals
Six recurring protocols. Together they replace the four internal seats most companies hire to run HubSpot well, and they run every week whether we hear from you or not.
Thirty minutes in a shared huddle. We walk the pipeline, name the deals that stalled, and agree the two portal changes shipping this week. No status deck.
Two to five workflow, property or report changes go live, each with a Loom and a two-line changelog. Nothing surprises your reps on Monday.
Dedupes, stalled deals, missing owners, expired sequences. Whatever the portal quietly broke this week gets caught before it lands in the Monday report.
Every board metric traced back to the property, workflow and stage that produced it. Definitions signed off. The Sheets shadow-CRM retires itself, quietly.
We rewind the quarter, archive automations that stopped pulling weight, and sketch the two or three moves that unlock next quarter's number.
The people in your channel are the ones writing the workflows. Average first reply under 14 minutes during working hours. No account manager in between.
Ready when you are
A 30-minute call, no deck. We look at your HubSpot together and tell you whether we're the right team, which layer to touch first, and what a realistic six-week and six-month picture looks like.
